Description
Health Professionals and Allied Employees (HPAE) is a labor union for medical professionals. The Englewood Professional Nurses' Association was created in 1974 by the nursing staff at Englewood Hospital, led by Ann Twomey. Local hospitals and medical centers asked for the Englewood Professional Nurses' Association for representation. Together the HPAE was formed.
