Description

The Englewood Redevelopment Agency was an organization that planned an urban renewal program for the fourth ward. This included a rehabilitation program for residential properties and the construction of industrial buildings. One of their projects was the Humphery-William Street Project which resulted in the Martin Luther King Gardens complex and the Forest Avenue Projects.
